Well, I'd better go, it sounds as if Prancer has been caught stealing carrots from Mrs Claus's kitchen again. Oops!

How do I create my personalised letter?
It couldn't be easier! Choose your favourite letter design, then enter the special details Mr Santa will use: your child's name, age, boy or girl, where they will be on Christmas Eve, their best friend and a present on their wish list. Take a peek at the preview, then move through the simple checkout.
When will my letter arrive?
Each letter goes to The Elf Workshop for production within hours of your order. You can have it despatched immediately, or saved and posted in early December so it arrives in plenty of time. Ordering dates for this Christmas will be confirmed soon.
Is it safe to share my child's details?
Yes. We only need very general information to create your letter. Details are not used for any other purpose, are never passed on, and are not stored after your order is complete.
How are the letters printed?
On premium quality 120 gsm paper, with litho-printed artwork and laser-printed text for a crisp finish.
Can I make changes after I've checked out?
Letters go into production very quickly, so edits may not always be possible. Get in touch as early as you can and the elves will do their best.
What is the Reindeer Food made of?
A mixture of oats and glitter. It is only for Santa's magic reindeer and is not fit for humans, pets or any other non-magical animals! Please supervise very young or hungry children.
When do Mr Santa's letters launch?
