Every set is personalised to order and sent with free Royal Mail delivery. We ship from the UK. Order before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, and we send it the same day.
How we send it
Folio sets
Sent in a rigid, board-backed envelope with free Royal Mail delivery, so nothing creases.
Signature sets
Framed and boxed (33 × 23 cm), packed in a protective outer carton and sent with free Royal Mail delivery.
Straight to them
Add a gift note. No prices or invoice in the box.

Framed sets arrive in our 33 × 23 cm black gift box, packed in a protective outer carton and sent with free Royal Mail delivery.

Each set is printed, framed or engraved to order. Order before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, and we send it the same day. Orders after 4pm on a weekday go out the next working day. Orders after 11am on Saturday, or on Sunday, go out on Monday.

How will I know it’s on its way?
We email you on the day your order is sent with free Royal Mail delivery.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. Add their address at checkout and tick “No prices or invoice in the box”. You can add a gift message too.
Can I return a personalised gift?
You can return anything within 30 days, for any reason, personalised items included. You pay the return postage. If it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, that’s on us and we’ll put it right free of charge.
