Free delivery on all UK orders
Every Starniri order is made to order from the details you give us and sent from our UK warehouse. We offer free Royal Mail delivery as standard within the UK on all orders, and guaranteed next day Special Delivery, tracked and signed for, if you choose it at checkout.
This applies to all our products: name a star sets, sky map prints (A4, A3 and A2), necklaces, keyrings, wallet cards and candles.
When we send your order
Orders are typically processed within 12 working hours, and we dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. We email you when your order has been sent, with a link to track it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are given in business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch. Our delivery estimates do not take UK bank holidays into account.
United Kingdom
Shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (next day, Saturday included).

UK prices are the same for every product, including A3 and A2 sky maps.
A2 sky maps can only be delivered to UK addresses. If your basket contains an A2 sky map, international delivery is not available.
International orders containing an A3 sky map are charged a single £20.00 delivery fee for the whole order, however many items are in it. It is not added on top of the £9.99 rate.

China
Delivery to China is charged by the weight of your order:

A3 and A2 sky maps cannot be delivered to China.
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery outside the UK is expected to take 3 to 7 business days to the EU and 3 to 12 business days to the rest of the world.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us. You can follow its progress from the tracking link in that email. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will send it again.
Signatures
Unless you choose Special Delivery, orders are sent with no signature required.
Customs, duties and local taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged local taxes or customs duty by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the delivery time shown above, please contact us and we will help. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
