Before you order
How do I find my star?
You only need the star reference number from the top of your certificate or your order confirmation email. Enter it on Find My Star or in our app to see your star’s name, coordinates and constellation, highlighted in the sky.
Is naming a star official?
No, and we’ll always be honest about that. Only the IAU gives stars official names. Yours is a real star, recorded on our Star Register with its coordinates, so you can find it in the sky. Is naming a star real? Here’s what it means.
Where do you deliver?
Every set comes with free Royal Mail delivery from the UK. Order before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, and we send it the same day.
Can I return engraved jewellery?
You can return anything within 30 days, for any reason, personalised items included. You pay the return postage. If it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, that’s on us and we’ll put it right free of charge.
